We all know that traveling is becoming such a huge hobby, with people all over the world traveling full time + making an income from it! I love to travel and recently just got back from Vienna and thought it would be great to write this post!
One of my life dreams is to be able to travel around the world, experiencing new culture, trying crazy food and just enjoying life to the fullest. And I thought since I was currently travelling, that it would be very fitting to talk about the places I want to visit in my lifetime!
Of course, I could list every single country in the world! But I’m going to list 5 (just to stop me from endlessly writing this post). The are in no particular order, because it’s too hard to pick.
All I ever hear about on social media, is how incredible Berlin and Cologne are! Hence why it is up there on my bucket list. The countries history is super interesting and I can’t wait to visit and experience German culture in all its glory.
Specifically Ljubljana! It isn’t a place I’ve saw all over social media, but I think that’s what makes it incredible. The buildings and general scenery are right up my street! Can’t wait to visit and take photos 24/7
This seems pretty standard for anyone to be honest! And a super popular destination for my friends at school, but I was never lucky enough to bag a summer holiday there – which is totally fine! I’m not entirely sure where I would visit in America, but I’m sure I’d be spoiled for choice!
Not 100% sure this should be on my list, because I’m actually going to Bali this year! My partner and I have booked a two week trip to Bali at the end of May and we are so nervous yet so excited!
Bali is a place I’ve always looked at photos of and said “It’ll be years before I go” or “It’s way too expensive” – but turns out it’s cheaper than most places to visit and I’m going at this age! The content on my instagram and blog will be crazy for a few months 😉
Now I technically have visited Italy… back in 2014 I went on a ski trip with some of my friends from school and we drove from our hometown (Scotland) all the way to a place called Aosta in Italy. Took us 29 hours to drive there but it was an insane holiday nonetheless. Aosta is right at the top of Italy and there really wasn’t much around apart from snow and mountains! So I’m not counting it as a visit.
Italy has so many amazing places to see and I can’t wait to tick cities like Venice, Florence and Rome off my list!
Let me know what places you guys want to visit and if you have any travel plans for 2020 in the comments below!
Happy traveling <3 x
