What is an affirmation?
An affirmation is a positive piece of text that can help you overcome negativity you may be experiencing. When you continuously read positive statements, your mind will start to put those into action and bring you happiness. Personally, I spend a good chunk of my evening reading them on Pinterest, meaning that my curated feed is full of them!
I decided to write a list of my favourites in the hopes that I can change one of my viewers feelings. I hope with all of my heart that you can put all negativity behind you and create the ultimate version of yourself. You deserve it.
