Positive Affirmations To Lift Your Spirits

Hey everyone! I’ve always been one to find quotes and affirmations super helpful when I’m not feeling great! I thought I would put together some of my favourite affirmations to get you through the day! It’s almost Friday!

What is an affirmation?

An affirmation is a positive piece of text that can help you overcome negativity you may be experiencing. When you continuously read positive statements, your mind will start to put those into action and bring you happiness. Personally, I spend a good chunk of my evening reading them on Pinterest, meaning that my curated feed is full of them!

I decided to write a list of my favourites in the hopes that I can change one of my viewers feelings. I hope with all of my heart that you can put all negativity behind you and create the ultimate version of yourself. You deserve it.

My goals are attainable and my habits will help me get there

I am exactly where I need to be right now

Something wonderful is about to happen to me

I am and always am doing, my best

My growth is a continuous process

Creative energy surges through me and leads me to new and brilliant ideas

I am ever so grateful about where I am, and excited for where I am going

No one is me and that is my power

I must be patient with myself

  1. Love the idea of this post. I should bookmark it to read when I am feeling rubbish about myself (which isn’t all the time, but it happens with everyone, doesn’t it.) I love the quotes in this too, especially the one about being patient with myself. That’s one that resonates with me!

  5. I am all about the positive affirmations! I try to incorporate new one into my life on a daily basis. Yes on all of these lines!!!! Growth is ALWAYs a continuous process. This is how you become better. It doesn’t stop one day unless you don’t want to grow anymore. Thanks for sharing!
